Delivery Policy

We offer delivery across the United Kingdom. Our Standard service delivers orders within 2 - 4 working days (for cut off times please see "Standard Delivery" below). Our Special Delivery allows for a next day delivery providing that you place your order by 12pm.

After receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has dispatched, which will include your Tracking ID.

On the day of delivery you will receive a notification with your delivery time slot. If you will not be available to receive your delivery, please let us know of a safe space 

On occasions where we experience a higher than usual amount of orders, postal service or weather related delays, we will contact you with an updated expected delivery date. However, we will always do our utmost to deliver your order by your expected date.


Standard Delivery

Our Standard service delivers orders within 2 - 4 working days. Our cut off time is 12pm everyday. Orders placed after 12pm will be treated as received the next day. For example an order placed at 1pm on Monday misses the 12pm cut off time and is treated as a Tuesday order. Therefore, the estimated delivery time will be Thursday - Friday (see table below for estimated delivery days).

Special Delivery

Our Special Next Day service allows you to get a delivery by the following day. The deadline for this delivery option is 12pm the day before delivery (i.e. for a delivery by Wednesday, place your order by 12pm on Tuesday).  If you place your order after 12pm then it will be delivered the next following day.

Bank Holidays

We are closed on bank holidays. Therefore, if the day before your delivery is a bank holiday, it will be delayed by 1 working day. For example, you place an order on Sunday, however, Monday falls on a bank holiday. This will mean your order will be dispatched on Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@chefji.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
